Field Service Management App

Design and prototyping of a mobile application for coordinating field employees and processing service requests.

The project focuses on creating a practical mobile environment for field service operations. The application brings service requests, relevant job information and coordination tools into an interface designed for use away from the office.
The product concept was developed around simple navigation and quick access to information required during everyday field operations.
